a lil this and a lil that

I'm getting into the Christmas mood. There is always this one song that puts you in the mood according to different occasions. For Christmas, its "All I want for Christmas" by Mariah Carey. In conjunction with this song, I'm so glad and happy to say I got someone to sing this song to. (... and that is IF I do sing...)

Today is Wilson's birthday. So we decided to cook yummy dinner and baked a cake for him. Wilson, Collin, Joey, Kee Wai, Tracy, Willie, Pei Lin, Anthony and me... dinner at the table; beef steak and lamb cutlets with mushroom sauce, vegies, mash with bacon and to top it all off moist chocolate cake with chocolate icing. I guess being in the kitchen and end up smelling of meat and stuff paid off. It was all good and I guess everyone had a good time.

But everything ended up early cos Wilson got an exam tomorrow and everyone is in assignment/exam mode. I'm so going to pack my days with my assignments... its not like I have not already la. Oh well, I don't mind. Doing my assignments makes time fly faster... and it makes it that much closer to going home and being with Eugene, my family and my friends...

Why does it feel like an impending doom I have conveniently brush under the carpet? Maybe I am. But I'm enjoying the convenience tho I know I'm so going to regret it. So before the regret over empowers me, I shall just enjoy my time in solitude of assignments... accompanied by Tracy and tomorrow, with Pei Lin and Anthony as well. We shall do it! We shall study/complete assignments for our future!

I miss my mommy... I miss Layka... I miss Eugene... I miss my siblings... I miss Dee... I miss Kev... I miss EVERYONE damnnit... and you know what?!
