Been rather busy lately...
Gene and I have been helping Darren with his international student rep campaign.

Honestly, I never thought chalking around uni at 1-4 degrees at one in the morning so much fun! Darren, Elaine, Gene and I walked around campus.. from Burns to Commerce to Richardsons to Union to Castle to St.David and of course by the Leith River (or rather a big stream). Hands icy cold and covered with chalk dust.. laughing and goofing around while exercising our creativity. Matthew joined us on our second day of chalking and putting up posters everywhere but left after we made the biggest chalking in Otago... (or so says Darren who've been there for 3-4 years).
I really hope Darren wins man. There are 3 candidates for this post.. and Darren seems to go really hard out compared to a Thai dude with the highest pitch voice I heard (higher than mine wei!) and some Chilean dude who thinks he is God's gift women with his tagline 'vote the moustache' (sp? lazy to check).
Otago University Student Association (OUSA) is a big thing here man...
Ooo.. and Elaine is from Sri Aman la! and Darren grew up with Julie and apparently, he and his bro used to play toy guns with neal and mark jensen! Small world eh? And and and, Elaine was elected Vice President for Otago Malaysia Student Associate (OMSA) for 2008! Yay Elaine! AND she got a pair of damn hawt boots from Wild Pair for like 50bucks! Double Yay for Elaine! AND we got our printed t-shirts today. Elaine and I got baby-ts; Gene and Darren got t-shirts which reads... "Vote 4 Darren". The prints are really good!
I've got 3 assignments due next week. Crap! But I can't wait for next week.
1. Election week.
2. Election results on Thursday after four.
3. Gene might have a bbq or drinking session on Friday night to kick off the mid-term holidays.
4. By the end of next week, all three assignments would be handed in.
Been going to the library with Marie. Which makes me miss Tracy, Ashley, Treshan, Ben and Anand super, super alot.
I just baked Sugee cake with Sab and it came out right!!! Thanks to Auntie Gert's super easy recipe. And also I made butter cookies last week! hehehe... I never thought I would be THIS domesticated.
Claire might come to Otago next year. I really hope she does. It would be so damn cool la.
I'm happy. I'm contented.
I can't wait for November tho. Melbourne. KL.
